Project Manager | Data Integrations

Are you looking for a challenge on a major data integration project?

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead technical and operational coordination for an international media outlet.

This role will serve as the primary point of contact between the technical team (data engineers, developers) and the international client’s stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, the proper implementation of tracking, and the integration of data from multiple providers.

Responsibilities

Project and Client Management

• Serve as a liaison between the internal team (Hiberus + Semmantica) and the client by organizing meetings, following up, and communicating progress.
• Gather and translate the client’sfunctional requirements into clear technical tasks for the team.
• Ensure compliance with the SLAs, deliverables, and timelines established in the service contract.
• Keep project documentation up to date in Confluence and other knowledge management platforms.

Technical Coordination

• Oversee data integration processes from multiple sources. Ability to translate specific client requirements into stable and scalable solutions commonly used in ETL processes.
• Coordinate web/app tracking implementations, ensuring compliance with established standards (core events, required parameters, etc.).
• Validate the quality of the integrated data and collaborate with the QA team to detect and resolve errors.
• Assist in resolving technical issues in collaboration with the engineering team or third-party vendors.

Processes and Continuous Improvement

• Identify structural or process deficiencies in current operations and propose realistic improvements .
• Work with the client to improve technical documentation formats (event tracking guides, dashboards, etc.).
• Identify bottlenecks (such as manual tasks on social media) and propose more sustainable or automated solutions.

Team Project Management

• Distribute and prioritize tasks among team members.
• Provide technical and methodological support to the team (especially regarding tracking and technical coordination).
• Monitor the team’s progress and flag issues such as overload, lack of resources, or demotivation.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience as a Service Manager, Project Manager, or Technical Coordinator in digital and/or data integration environments.
• High level of English (minimum C1). English is the language used to communicate with clients and other stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• General knowledge of digital tracking ( events, metrics, pageviews, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
• Experience coordinating with technical teams (data, developers, QA) and external vendors.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.

The following will be viewed favorably

• Basic knowledge of Amazon Web Services (S3, Redshift, Glue) or experience working with data architectures.
• Experience working in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines (events, media, etc.).
• Familiarity with tools such as Confluence and Jira.
