Join us Junior Social Media Data & Reporting Specialist Full time Spain Remote / Hybrid We are looking for a Junior Social Media Data & Reporting Specialist to join our team and providesupport in measuring, analyzing, and reporting on social media activity for various projects. What will your day-to-day tasks be? Assist in the preparation of social media reports by analyzing key KPIs (reach, engagement, community growth, CTR, etc.). Extract, clean, and organize data in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets). Collaborate on tracking the performance of digital campaigns. Contribute to presenting insights that help optimize the social media strategy. Provide support in using social listening and reporting tools, such as Sprinklr. Skills and Requirements Entry-level position for someone interested in digital marketing, social media, and analytics. Experience or knowledge of social media reporting and KPI analysis. Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.). Analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. Basic English proficiency, including conversational skills. Knowledge of Catalan will be viewed favorably Previous experience with Sprinklr or other similar tools (Hootsuite, Brandwatch, etc.) is a plus. What do we offer?
