First offering a very specialized range, it has become one of the key allies of the major sports brands for the sale of their products. Then creating a unique customer journey, merging the online and offline experience. And finally, by sharing premium content such as their boot comparator videos and reviews on YouTube, a channel with more than 1 million subscribers.

The customer journey has taken a radical turn in the digital era. In the case of soccer boots, even though online touchpoints have multiplied, the user still needs to try on the product. Fútbol Emotion wanted to find out how many of those customers impacted by their search campaigns had ended up making a purchase in the physical store.
For this purpose, Semmántica implemented the beta version of Google Store Sales Direct – Official Google Case published in “Think with Google. Knowing how many of the users impacted by Google Ads campaigns end up buying in a physical store was a great first step in understanding multichannel customer behavior.
Fútbol Emotion has been a pioneer in launching content adapted to TikTok reaching the younger generation. Semmántica has managed its TikTok Ads campaigns. Different formats for each objective. From InFeed reels and Spark Ads for brand awareness to Collection Ads focused on purchase conversion.
In September 2022 Fútbol Emotion was chosen by TikTok as the first Spanish company to implement the TikTok Video Shopping Ads beta. Our client was selected as the only company among only 15 in EMEA, and Semmántica was the only selected agency in Spain.
