We bring our expertise to improve multichannel reporting in an ambitious data visualization project.
With a digital environment of over 600 websites, 200 social media accounts and 550K email subscribers, the challenge was served. If you add up numerous campaigns of all kinds, the challenge multiplies.
How could we collaborate with the municipal KPIs department to better understand the citizens’ digital behavior? How to evaluate and compare data from multiple channels and digital assets?
From the start, managing the sheer volume of communication channels and campaigns has been the primary challenge.
Semmántica is committed to providing a solid long-term solution. Our goal was to furnish the Barcelona City Council with clear and visually intuitive dashboards that would reflect cross-cutting data for all campaigns. Precisely what a local government requires to facilitate decision-making processes.
But we do not only arrange the visualizations and dashboards; we take it a step further by analyzing, providing recommendations, and suggesting actions for improvement.
We highlight Semmántica´s ability to react to unforeseen events and the proactivity of each one of the team members
At Semmantica we are passionate about data, but above all about putting it at the service of the client. When we heard about Barcelona City Council’s challenge, we immediately created an ad-hoc team with specialists working as an extension of their municipal digital KPIs department. We believe that our approach of neutrality, accuracy and flexibility has brought value to this public entity by ultimately improving the citizen digital experience.
