This document includes information regarding the processing of personal data by Semmántica Comunicación, S.L. (hereinafter, Semmántica) through this website, collected when you visit or access our website, you request for information or contact, as well as when sending applications to work with us.
The processing of your data will be governed by this Privacy Policy, as well as by the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), and Spanish Organic Act 3/2018, of 5 December 2018, on Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPD).

In the event you send us any personal data related to third parties, you guarantee and be liable for any consequences derived from this action. In this case, you must inform said third parties about the communication of their data to Semmántica and the processing for the appropriate purposes.
Any data regarding your application, including CVs, cover letters and attachments provided to work with us, will be specifically processed by Semmántica to manage present and/or future selection processes in our company.
Likewise, for the same purposes and whenever relevant according to your candidacy, profile and possible offers or job opportunities, your data may be transferred to our parent company Hiberus Tecnologías de la Información, S.L., a company with home offices at Paseo Isabel la Católica number 6, 50.009 Zaragoza (Spain), with Tax ID B99344319, all in accordance with the legitimate interest of said corporation as the parent company of Semmántica and unless you expressly object indicating it by any means.
In order to evaluate your application, we may ask you for previous job references. We may be able to check the information of these references, in accordance to our legitimate interest in terms of verification of their content. For the same purpose, and despite your data protection rights, we may contact any referred companies and incorporate the information they provide us into our selection process.
If you have applied for a specific offer or vacancy, your data will be kept until the end of the corresponding selection process.
If there is no vacancy, you can send us your data through the Join Us section. In this case, we will keep the information for a maximum of two years, after which we will erase it, unless you expressly authorize us to keep it.
At any time you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, opposition, erasure, restriction of processing and, where appropriate, data portability, under the legally established conditions writing to the email dpo@hiberus.com (Data Protection Offices). Likewise, we inform you that you have the right to file a complaint to the Spanish Data Protection Authority in case you consider that the processing of your data is not adequate.
